Who we are
As a FAITH FAMILY, we are united to focus on strengthening families, serving our community, and impacting the world with the Love of God. . Our mission, which has been founded in the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, is "A place where serious seekers of Jesus Christ can become fully devoted followers." We exist to connect people to a relationship with Jesus Christ. Local communities of believers, help people grow in their faith and equip God's people for service to impact their world. Here at First Baptist, you will not find any perfect people, just individuals sharing common journey in the pursuit of faith. Changed lives are the hallmark of our ministry here, as you will discover a family growing in a relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another. We find our model in the developments of the early church:
"All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had needed. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved." (Acts 2:44-47)
